Time to Shine Promotions is coming to the Fifth Floor at The Blackpool Tower. 

This all-day live music event will feature 8 artists throughout the day until 11pm, when the ticketed after-show will begin! Guests with after-show tickets will be able to party throughout the night, all the way until 4am.
