Our ticket guarantee provides you with the confidence to book your ticket, safe in the knowledge that you can move it if anything interrupts your plans.

  • Single Visit If you've booked a single visit to any of our Blackpool Tower attractions (Eye, Circus or Ballroom), you can reschedule for free, with the flexibility to move bookings up to 24 hours before your arrival time.
  • Multiple Attraction Visits If you've booked a visit to multiple attractions, please ensure you log into your account and book a free timed-entry ticket before you visit each attraction.

Ticket changes are free of charge for eligible ticket types. To view your ticket(s) and amend the date/time of your booking, all you need is the confirmation number and email address used for the ticket order.

Discounts are available for children, seniors, and families. For discounted family tickets, please select the Standard Family Ticket option when booking. Children and Senior discounted tickets can be found under the Standard Ticket option for each attraction.

Once you have logged into your booking portal account, you will have access to a list of available dates and times to choose from. Based on the type of your ticket, only dates that are the same price or cheaper will be displayed.

Peak periods such as weekends and school holidays are our busiest and fill up fast, therefore please anticipate low availability if you try and move tickets close to peak times.

We appreciate that the best of plans can change last minute, which is why you can book with confidence with us online. We allow amendments to your booking any time up to 24 hours before the current entry time associated with your ticket.

As soon as you reach or pass the ticket time, you will no longer be able to access your tickets on the booking portal.

Combination tickets for multiple attractions (e.g., Tower Top + Circus) are often more cost-effective. Please note, the tickets will only be active from the date of the first attraction you book. Explore our combi-ticket offerings by heading to our ticket page here.

No, you will receive the booking confirmation which will contain the tickets for the attraction you’ve booked to attend.  

Our refunds and reschedule policy depends on the circumstance. 

Blackpool Tower: We do not offer refunds for weather permitted disruptions to visits. However, you will be able to reschedule your booking for the Blackpool Tower for any date within a year of your booking or exchange your ticket for a ticket one of our other attractions free of charge.

Please see follow the below steps for redeeming voucher codes:

  • Book your desired slot for Afternoon Tea (You will receive a voucher code through the email address provided when booking).
  • From there, please contact our Guest Services at guestservices.theblackpooltower@blackpooltourism.com to finalise your booking with your voucher. 

-    Please note that vouchers are valid for 12 months.
