• Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, unless otherwise stated. Employees of the Promoter and anyone directly associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• How to Enter: To enter, participants must fill out their details. No purchase is necessary unless clearly stated.
• Competition Period: Entries must be received between the advertised opening and closing dates. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
• Winner Selection: The winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
• Prize: The prize is as advertised and is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged unless agreed by the Promoter.
• Winner Notification: The winner(s) will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
• Claiming the Prize: Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility before receiving their prize. Details of how to claim or redeem the prize will be provided directly to the winner.
• Invalid Entries: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted using automated methods, or otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.
• Changes or Cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
• Data Protection: Personal information provided as part of the competition will be used to administer the competition and award the prize, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
• Prize details: The Prize is for 2x adult and 2x children tickets to The Blackpool Tower Circus. No cash exchangable or refundable. Ticket valid until 31st December 2026.
• Promoter: The promoter of the competition is The Blackpool Tower.
• Acceptance: By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
