This giveaway is run in collaboration with Blackpool Tourism Limited RG Live (a division of Sony Music Entertainment UK).
Eligibility:
Open to residents of the United Kingdom.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Employees of Blackpool Tourism Limited and RG Live, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter:
Like, share and tag up to three friends on the Instagram competition post.
Prize:
- 4 x tickets to Café Mambo Ibiza: Classics at The Tower
The giveaway starts and ends on the dates specified in competition post on Instagram.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
The winner will be notified via email within 2 days of the closing date.
The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.
General:
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
Blackpool Tourism Limited and RG Live reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
Blackpool Tourism Limited and RG Live’s decision regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Blackpool Tourism Limited and RG Live and the host reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Blackpool Tourism Limited and RG Live reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Transport, accommodation and sustenance is not included in the prize and will be at the winner’s expense.
Data Protection and Publicity:
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.
Any personal data provided will be used in accordance with the GDPR and other relevant data protection legislation.
Limitation of Liability:
Insofar as is permitted by law, Blackpool Tourism Limited and RG Live, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Blackpool Tourism Limited and RG Live, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing Law:
The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
