This Father’s Day, some of Blackpool’s most famous attractions are celebrating by offering some fantastic deals to ensure no matter the budget, Dads are given a special treat on Sunday 16 June.
In fact for the whole weekend, from Saturday 15 to Sunday 16 June, a whole raft of offers will give children plenty of reasons to give their dads a Father’s Day to remember.
OVER 100 REASONS TO HAVE A PARTY
At 119 years old this May, The Blackpool Tower has more life in it than ever before as it gets ready for its biggest and best summer season yet. To celebrate, the famous seaside attraction is hosting a V.I.P party; a special event for Very Important Pensioners over 100.
The complimentary event welcomes golden oldies of a certain age from across the UK for a special afternoon which pays homage to the heritage behind the famous building, showing that the older we get, the better we get.

THE BLACKPOOL TOWER SET TO PURPLE FOR EPILEPSY AWARENESS DAY
The Blackpool Tower will shine purple on the evening of March 26, International Epilepsy Awareness Day, in support of the Purple Day campaign.
Aimed at raising awareness of this disorder which affects 600,000 people in the UK, the charity Epilepsy Action are on a mission to turn the UK purple for one day and night.
THE BLACKPOOL TOWER REOPENS IN FULL
Following nine weeks of extensive restoration work, The Blackpool Tower will re-open in full from Monday 18th March 2013.
The partial closure allowed essential work to take place, as part of the on-going renovation project, to repair and repaint the 119 year old steel legs of the Tower.
