Blackpool Unites Against Bullying

Anti-Bullying Week helps over 500 schools tackle the issue of bullying every year, and The Blackpool Tower Circus is hoping to help make an impact this year by hosting a series of talks for local and regional schools.

Taking place in the Circus Arena, the talks will be presented by Human Behaviour Expert, Norry Ascroft, and will aim to help students deal with the issue of bullying in schools.

The talks, entitled ‘Why bullies are weak’, will last for 45 minutes and will explain the truth behind bullying to students.

Anti-Bullying Week is organised by the Anti-Bullying Alliance and this year’s theme is ‘power for good’. The awareness week aims to take a stand against bullying in schools, colleges or organisations, with events taking place around the country.

Classes will take place at The Blackpool Tower Circus on the following dates and times:

Mon 14th November          13:45 – 14:30 (Ages 8 – 12)

Tues 15th November         13:45 – 14:30 (Ages 8 – 12)
