We offer tickets for individuals, families, groups and much more. Please see our ticket prices page for further information.
I have a voucher, can it be used?
Each voucher has specific conditions with visit date restrictions, please read the voucher carefully. No two offers can be used with each other and cannot be used for combination tickets or advanced bookings.
Can I use Tesco Clubcard vouchers?
We accept Tesco Days Out Attraction tickets for The Blackpool Tower Eye, The Blackpool Tower Circus or The Blackpool Tower Combi (including Circus, Ballroom & Jungle Jim’s).
We no longer accept the part-pay vouchers (i.e. those to the value of £5, £10 etc).
Clubcard Attraction Tickets for the Circus must be exchanged at the ticket desks for a specific Circus show, these are distributed on a first-come first-served basis.
Do you offer concession / student prices?
We do not offer concession or student prices, however if you book online you will receive a discount off our walk-up rates.

With a reference number you can still collect your tickets on the day, alternatively contact 0871 222 9929.

How does the BIG Ticket work?
The BIG Ticket is our ultimate combination ticket gaining you entry to all 7 of our Blackpool attractions (The Blackpool Tower Eye, Dungeon, Circus, Ballroom & Jungle Jim’s, Madame Tussauds and SEA LIFE). Tickets are available from £37 and are valid for 90 days.
I have a Merlin Annual Pass, can I pre-book?
As with all Merlin attractions, there is no pre-booking available. We are aware that our Circus shows have limited capacity and are working on a solution.
My Annual Pass has been lost/stolen, what do I do?
Return to the attraction that issued the Annual Pass for a replacement card. There will be a £10 re-issue fee per pass.
Do you offer a discount for guests with a disability?
If you are able to provide evidence of your disability (e.g. blue/orange badge, award letters or similar), you will be able to visit the various attractions at the full rate, with one helper being admitted free of charge.

Guests who use a wheelchair can visit everywhere within The Blackpool Tower attraction with the exception of the Ballroom balconies. Please visit our Disabled Policy page for more information.
Where are the toilets?
There are toilets situated in each of the attractions as well as on Level 5 at the back of The Burger Kitchen.
Where can I get food from?
The Blackpool Tower Burger Kitchen is open 7 days a week.
For those visiting The Ballroom, Afternoon Tea’s, sandwiches and light snacks are available from the tea bar.
For those visiting Jungle Jim’s a selection of cakes and light snacks are available from the Harbourside Café.
Is The Blackpool Tower Free?
For the very first time The Blackpool Tower is now free to enter!
Here you can wander round this beautiful building, watch people dancing from The Ballroom balconies, look out over the Comedy Carpet from the Sea View Terrace, as well as visiting the Intergalactic Games Zone, The Eye & The Dungeon shops and The Blackpool Tower Burger Kitchen.
We do charge for entrance to each of our attractions and tickets can be purchased from the admissions desks.

If the wind is above 45mph then we have to close The Eye for health & Safety purposes. Don’t worry though; your tickets are valid for 90 days from day of purchase.

The tours start approximately every 15 minutes.
Are there any height restrictions?
To ride Extremis: Drop ride to Doom you have to be taller than 1.2 meters and it is not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart conditions or bad backs. Some areas have strobe lighting, but you will be warned before reaching these areas.
Can I take food or drink into the Dungeon?
No food or drink can be consumed in the Dungeon.
Can I spend the day in the Dungeons and go on the rides that I liked again, or is there a time limit?
Your ticket is for a tour and due to the set-up of the Dungeon shows, you will not able to re-enter the Dungeon. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour.
Can you use cameras within the Dungeon?
No, flash photography is not permitted in the Dungeon.
Can pregnant women visit the Dungeon?
Yes, however, the tour is approximately 1 hour long and Extremis: Drop ride to Doom is not recommended for pregnant women. This will be at the discretion of the individual concerned.

Pushchairs/buggies are not permitted into the arena; however they can be left in the buggy park, on the ground level.

Children under the age of 15 and under 4ft 9 (90cms) can use the equipment.
Do under 3's go free?
All children (aged 0 – 14 years) wishing to use the play equipment must pay.
Timed sessions
Due to the huge popularity of this attraction, we operate set timed sessions. Sessions will be colour coded and will last for up to one hour. One entry per child. Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband.
Can adults enter the play equipment?
Merlin excludes adults from the equipment to comply with the Child Protection Act. Parents or guardians can supervise their children from the green walkways in Jungle Jim’s.
Do children need to wear socks when using the equipment?
Yes, to prevent friction burns and possible infection. If needed, socks can be purchase for 50p at Jungle Jim’s reception.
